WEST UNIVERSITY
The residence is located on heavily wooded acreage west of College Station, Texas. The original house was built as a weekend get away with a lodge look. The concept was to maintain the outdoor feel with a contemporary slant. The addition includes a 2 car garage, utility area and a master suite down stairs. Upstairs is a large study loft that has exterior views in four directions. A large screened porch connects the existing to the addition. The exterior surfaces are cedar and cultured stone.
